The Defibrillator has now been installed outside on the car park wall of the Church Hall, adjacent to the Link. It is hoped that it will be fully activated during this month, and is available should there be a medical emergency. Its public position means that it is available for community use.

It’s that time of year again! Nominations of people to be elected to serve on the Elders’ Meeting for up to three years from January 2019 need to be with Richard by Sunday 28th October. Any Church Member can serve in this capacity but they do need to be nominated by someone (and asked for their permission beforehand to ascertain if they wish to stand!). Please think and pray about this matter. In theory up to five Elders could be elected to serve with the continuing four, so there are plenty of vacancies (and opportunities!).

There was an important job to be done and Everybody was sure that Somebody would do it. Anybody could have done it, but Nobody did it. Somebody got angry about that, because it was Everybody’s job. Everybody thought Anybody could do it, but Nobody realised that Everybody wouldn’t do it. It ended up with Everybody blaming Somebody when Nobody did what Anybody could have done!
